Sweet and Spicy BBQ Bowls

INGREDIENTS: for 2 bowls

1/2 can Kidney beans for mine 

1 pork chop for his 

1 cup Rice, cooked

1/2 cup Corn, frozen

1/2 Yellow onion

1 small Zucchini squash

1 tsp Sugar

For marinade:

1/4 cup Barbeque sauce

1 TBSP Sriracha

1 tsp Vinegar

1 tsp Olive oil

Sprinkling of paprika, cayenne, and thyme

Toppings:

Avocado

Bell pepper slices 

Pepper jack cheese
INSTRUCTIONS:

Step 1: Preheat oven to 375°F. Bake pork chop for 30 minutes in 1/2 marinade.

Step 2: Toss zucchini in oil, salt, and pepper. Toss onion in oil, salt, pepper, and sugar. Bake for 15 minutes.

Step 3: Cook corn per instructions. Stir into rice with cheese.

Step 4: Heat beans and 1/2 marinade in microwave for 1 minute. 

Step 5: Throw all in a bowl and enjoy!
