1/2 Head of cauliflower, cut into bite sized pieces OR 1 Chicken breast, cubed
1 egg, whisked
1 cup Panko crumbs
1/4 cup Honey
2 Garlic cloves, minced
2 TBSP Soy sauce
1/2 TBSP Sriracha
1 tsp Onion powder
6 TBSP water
2 tsp Cornstarch
1 cup Jasmine rice, prepared
Step 1: Preheat oven to 400°F
Step 2: Dip cauliflower/chicken into egg then roll in panko crumbs until covered. Place on baking sheet.
Step 3: Bake cauliflower/chicken for 15-20 minutes.
Step 4: Heat small sauce pan to medium-high heat. Add honey, garlic cloves, soy sauce, sriracha, and onion powder to pan, stir to combine. Heat to a simmer.
Step 5: In the meantime, stir together water and Cornstarch. Add to sauce pan once other ingredients are heated to a simmer. Stir and let simmer for 2 minutes then remove from heat.
Step 6: Drizzle or toss baked cauliflower/chicken in sauce and put over rice. Enjoy!
