After my 16 week appointment, I was feeling very aware of my protein intake so I made myself a protein rich snack:
1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
1/4 cup homemade granola
1 handful of dried organic cherries
1.5 handfuls of organic banana chips
1 TBSP pepitas (pumpkin seeds)
Not only was it delicious and healthy, but also a filling snack until I made myself dinner.
